Job Overview

We are seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Manager based in Nashville to join our team. You will play a key role in showcasing the properties in the Nashville area as well as our company culture and team interactions. Your work will help prospective renters explore and envision their next home and how our team guides them through our search process with video and photo content. We will also need content posted and directed for our Charlotte, NC location, however the content will be provided to you by our local Charlotte team.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Videography from apartment tours that you will schedule
Managing posting schedules for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
Talking Head/Be comfortable speaking on camera
Editing & Post-Production
Content Creation for Marketing & Recruiting
Collaboration with local teams in Nashville and Charlotte
Team Event Highlights
Neighborhood Highlights

Qualifications:

Proficiency with video editing (you will use your own editing tools). The company has Canva and LinkTree subscriptions.
Knowledge of algorithms and metrics
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our team and onsite apartment teams.
Familiarity with Nashville’s neighborhoods is highly desirable.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to property locations across Nashville. You will pay for your own gas.
Creativity, coming up with new content ideas

Work Schedule:

This is an Independent Contractor role. You will more than likely get assigned your content to capture on Mondays at 9 am at our Nashville office location. All content must be captured and submitted for review by Wednesday. Pay will be every Friday.

Occasional evening or weekend shoots may be required based on availability of properties and team events.
