One of the best spots for foodies in Smyrna is Cousins Maine Lobster. Starting as a small food truck company, this now small counter-serve restaurant has some of the best lobster you will ever enjoy. Some of the bites that make this food truck so popular are the Lobster rolls, Lobster BLT, Maine Whole Belly Fried Clams, and even more! Their Maine Lobster is brought straight to Smyrna from the Downeast waters in the most eastern part of the country, better known as the Mid Coast, or the Penobscot Bay near Vinalhaven in the Gulf of Maine. The lobster is served in a variety of formats including tacos, quesadillas, bisque, and even tots (our favorite, by far)! Other than lobster, Cousins Maine Lobster also serves haddock, fish and chips, shrimps, clam chowder and much more. If you’re a fan of indulging a little or trying new foods, this is for you.
A Tennessee favorite Walden Pumpkin Farm will be a true treat for you! With a large and full selection of pumpkins, gourds, indian corn, and straw all available, this is a great spot to come in the fall to gather all of your festive seasonal supplies as soon as the leaves start to change. Not only are you able to go check out all of the latest seasonal produce to bring home, you are also able to enjoy some fun interactive activities there. You can go on fun hay rides as well as tasting some of the limited edition pumpkin fudge (drool!) This spot is perfect for any age to have a blast.
