Midtown Apartments In Nashville

Flatiron Nashville

Including apartments in neighborhoods such as Demonbreun, Music Row, Edgehill, and Elliston Place.

Midtown is a fast-growing area smack dab in the middle of Nashville proper with a very exciting nightlife. It seems like there’s a new ultra modern high rise being built every year. The apartment buildings are known for their exceptional style and rooftop pools- many of which have gorgeous views of Downtown Nashville. The walkable neighborhood is coveted by college students, young adults, and even influencers.

When we say nightlife, we mean nightlife! Right in the heart of Midtown lies Division Street, where you can find live music and rowdy people almost every night. Let’s start with Winners and Losers- two separate bars right next door to each other. Both bars are known to provide a good time. So are you a winner or a loser? The choice is yours! Just on the other side of Winners is Rebar Midtown. Their industrial vibe, great patio, and spiked milkshakes definitely help them stand out from the competition. As if those bars weren’t enough, the lively strip continues with Kung Fu Saloon. If you’re a fan of arcade games, this is a must! They also have delicious Asian style bar food and plenty of room to dance the night away. Pro tip: This one’s a great spot for a first date! Arcade games always break the ice. The OG Red Door Saloon is a must-see and their hotdogs are a must-try. Last but not least, The Patterson House is one of the more upscale options for a craft cocktail and a speakeasy feel.

Now… It’s time to talk about a place that is very, very special. A little place called Giovanni. You’re going to want to write that down. Do you like wine? They got you. Delicious cocktails? They got you. Mouth-watering Italian cuisine? They. Got. You. No, but seriously… they really do. Be prepared to drop a pretty penny if you want the full experience, but we promise it’s 1000% worth it. There’s so many great options for food in Midtown! Nada offers fantastic tapas style Mexican food and great margaritas. If tex-mex is more your speed, Chuy’s always has your back. Hattie B’s is famous for their hot chicken and the fame is well-deserved. If you like sleek spaces and small plates, Tavern just might be your new fave. Plus, they serve a great brunch!

Just a short walk from Division is a street that not even Siri can pronounce. Seriously, once you learn how to correctly say “Demonbreun” you can officially consider yourself a local. We warned you that the nightlife in Midtown was thriving. So, let talk bars… again. Tin Roof is probably the biggest name on the street. There’s one in many southern cities and they are just about the same everywhere. Live music, beer on tap, daily specials, and happy hour- what more could you ask for? Close by is Dawghouse Saloon, a great sports bar with good pub grub and you guessed it, live music! It’s also a great Sunday Funday destination. Two Bits is another spot that boasts arcade games, cocktails, and a rustic vibe.

If you’re into hookah, Vibes Bar and Lounge is right in the middle of the strip, you can’t miss it. Just a couple doors down is Live Oak, a great place for live music, food, and fun events! Back at the other end of the street is the “Home of the Fat Tuesday Daiquiri,” 3000BAR. Is there anything better than a cold daiquiri on a hot day? The answer is no. In terms of beer, we have one last stop for ya… Tailgate Brewery stands at the tip top of the hill and offers a rotating craft beer list. They also have a great outdoor area- the perfect spot to enjoy their pizza and loaded fries. Speaking of pizza, Little Chicago will make you feel like you’ve transported to a hole-in-the-wall in NYC. That’s right, we’re talkin’ counter serve pizza and late night hours. It’s the perfect stop after your boozy night out. Italian cuisine isn’t all Demonbreun has to offer. Check out Sushi Yobi for great sushi and rolls, Thai Esane for some drunken noodles, or Hungry Bear for their famous philly.

After all that partying, we all need a little self-care. Vida Flo will have you feeling great after a long night with one of their IV drips. They even offer a VIP club! N2SKIN will fulfill all of your spa days needs. Need a good blowout? Oxana Salon has your back, and your hair! Get it? Seriously though, it’s a female founded salon with incredibly talented stylists. They also have super cute jewelry for sale in their lobby. It doesn’t get better than that. If yoga is more your self-care style, Shakti Power Yoga is just a few blocks away, right on Music Row!

If you haven’t heard of Music Row, where have you been? It’s only like the most infamous street in country music. There’s tons of historic recording studios lining both sides of the street. If you’re lucky you might even see your favorite musician after their latest writing sesh! There’s one other very important spot on Music Row that we must discuss… enter- The Pool Club. Right on top of the Virgin Hotel, 14 floors up with a stunning view of the famous street, the club offers drinks, eats, brunch, private cabanas, AND an in-house DJ. Can you even?!

A little ways away is Edgehill, a small but charming neighborhood that hosts adorable homes and a few of our Nashville faves! Barcelona definitely takes the lead with their mix of Mediterranean, Spanish, and American cuisine. They have great tapas and most importantly a wine program with over 400 different wines to choose from! Be sure to check out their website for their super helpful travel guides before your next getaway. Right next door is Billy Reid. If you haven’t heard, it’s a great shopping destination for both men and women. The coolest thing about the company is the yearly festival they host in their hometown of Florence, AL.

If you’re all about hidden gems, Old Glory is that and so much more. There’s no sign so it’s kind of hard to find. All you have to look for is the golden triangle, right off Edgehill Ave and you’re there! They are famous for their cocktails and unique aesthetic. After all, the building used to be an old boiler room for 1920s cleaners. The badass women who own the bar kept as many of its original design details as they could. So worth it! Across the street is Jack Brown’s, a farm-to-table burger joint with a bomb grilled cheese for all my vegetarian babes. Be sure to ask for their special sauce and put it on literally everything. We won’t judge. We all need that am (or pm) coffee fix and Osa Coffee Roaster is the perfect lil stop to curb that caffeine craving.

Lastly, we must mention the adorable Elliston Place Soda Shop. A super retro, classic meat and three with soda shop specials. By the way, you can’t leave without trying their ice cream sundaes. They’ve been alive and well since 1939 and aren’t stopping anytime soon. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly outing that’ll take you back in time, you just found it. With all that being said, Midtown is the perfect location if you’re seeking that walk-everywhere big city feel with the comfort of southern hospitality.
